Cambodia Online Travel is the official distributor for AMADEUS, the number one airline reservation system. We are looking for a skilled IT Technical Support Staff to support AMADEUS products and services.
The IT staff will be responsible for assisting the clients of AMADEUS with all their software and hardware questions and problems, to ensure that the AMADEUS reservation system can run smoothly and uninterrupted.
The IT Technical Support Staff will keep a close and good relationship with existing clients and new clients. Any feedback from the agents must be reported back to the AMADEUS Cambodia team for further action. Any technical (hardware or software) problems that cannot be solved must be reported back to AMADEUS office in Bangkok for further assistance.
The IT staff will report to the management on a weekly basis, or more often if necessary. He/she will also assist in training travel agent staff in the use of the AMADEUS reservation system.
