We are seeking a best, qualified, National applicant to fill in a position of Program Manager which is based in Siem Reap. Reporting to the Country Director, this position is focused on providing overall Leadership/Management to the Program Team in planning, Project implementation, monitoring and evaluation. The scope of work responsibility is to lead multi projects Siem Reap to enable community people address their poverty housing through partnering with Home-partners, Local Authorities, Churches, NGOs and other stakeholders.
