The National Plan of Action for Persons with Disabilities including Landmine/ERW Survivors 2009-2011 (NPA-PwDs) was adopted by the Royal Government of Cambodia (RGC) in August 2009. The Plan was viewed as an important contribution to address the rights and needs of persons with disabilities, including landmine and other ERW survivors in the country. This plan was extended of implementation this year 2013 and the new plan will be replaced so called National Disability Strategic Plan (NDSP) is very important to be developed and outline RGC’s strategic plan for implementation of the CRPD in Cambodia. DAC is planning to develop a NDSP for 2014-2018.
The Royal Government of Cambodia’s ratified the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD) on 20 September 2012, and its comes into force on 19 January 2013. DAC is seeking a high qualified and professional international consultant implement as below tasks.
