FUNDRAISING & COMMUNICATIONS ADVISER

You’ll support the implementation of our country office funding strategy and contribute towards the achievement of our fundraising targets. This will involve positively raising VSO’s profile and building mutually beneficially partnerships with key stakeholders. You’ll identify funding opportunities and develop high quality project proposals. You will be experienced in grant management and knowledgeable in establishing robust contracts. You will also provide coaching and training to our country office staff, increasing their fundraising skills and knowledge.
You’ll also be responsible for designing and implementing our external communications plan, building awareness of our activities and achievements throughout Cambodia.

PROGRAMME MANAGER GOVERNANCE

You’ll manage the strategic development, implementation and successful delivery of VSO’s governance programme in Cambodia. This will involve raising VSO’s profile and building mutually beneficially partnerships with stakeholders and liaising with Volunteer Placement Advisers to place the most appropriate volunteers. It goes without saying that you’ll provide first class volunteer management and support.
You’ll proactively identify funding opportunities, manage grants through to closure and develop realistic project plans and budgets, ensuring compliance with donor requirements. You’ll use appropriate monitoring and evaluation mechanisms to determine the impact of the programme ensuring that the learning is documented and appropriately stored and shared.
