WorldFish and Gender and Development for Cambodia (GADC) are working in partnership to develop gender transformative approaches (GTA) that are focused on reducing poverty and increasing food and nutrition security through fisheries and aquaculture.
The partnership assists in the implementation of CGIAR Research Program Aquatic Agricultural Systems (AAS) which aims to improve the livelihoods of those left behind by the Green Revolution. Through an innovative, community centered, participatory action research approach AAS aspires to think differently about how agricultural research is undertaken and to be open about sharing the knowledge and learnings it gains to the community.
The AAS is building its community based research capacity and is looking for dynamic, energetic person to work for GADC and undertake the following role:Gender Research Analyst (Based in Phnom Penh)
