This Life Cambodia (TLC) is seeking a full-time Program Coordinator for its This Life Beyond Bars program (TLBB). The This Life Beyond Bars Program Coordinator is responsible for the management of all activities regarding This Life Beyond Bars as described in the program work plan. This includes Vocational Training in Prison for minors, Minors Personal Capacity Building, Minors Family Support, Minors Post-release support, Family Capacity Building, Participatory Rural Appraisals (PRAs), Human and Legal Rights workshops, monitoring and evaluation, training and project reporting plus any additional requirements. The Program Coordinator will delegate and collaborate with his/her staff to ensure all activities are completed in a timely and ethical manner.The position is based in Siem Reap, but travel to rural areas as well as other provinces.
TLC is focused on developing education and sustainable development projects that directly benefit the lives of children and their communities in rural Cambodia. The aim of the TLBB is to address the educational rights of children (or children whose care giver is) in conflict with the law, and to promote and defend these rights.
