In line with its institutional development vision, PSI/Cambodia has evolved into a Cambodian organization, Population Services Khmer (PSK). PSK is an independent, local non-governmental organization that was registered with the Cambodian Ministry of Interior. PSK’s mission is to improve the health of low-income and vulnerable Cambodians through social marketing in collaboration with the Royal Government of Cambodia. PSK will have an organic and sustained connection with PSI and will benefit from the global network to promote life-saving products, services and communications to help Cambodians lead healthier lives.

MONITORING AND EVALUATION OFFICER, CAMBODIAN NATIONAL ONLY- FULL TIME 1 POSITION

Under the leadership and management of M&E Coordinators, the M&E Officer takes on prominent roles in effective monitoring of project activities and outputs, which are applicable for field monitoring efforts, in order to inform and improve the monitoring and reporting systems and program implementation quality of both PSK and its NGO partners. Explicitly, the Officer will dynamically engage in developing and refining monitoring tools/checklists, carrying out monitoring tasks based on the agreed work plans, identifying areas of improvement for program implementation and for monitoring and reporting system functions, working out on corrective actions for program improvement through participation of relevant stakeholders, following up on implementation status of the corrective actions discussed in monitoring reports, developing accurate and timely monthly reports on project deliverables for PSK management and involved managers, and in producing M&E periodic reports for donors.
