Due to our continuous business expansion, we are now seeking for qualified candidates to fulfill the position of Technical Director to be based in Phnom Penh.

NUMBER OF DIRECT REPORTS: 3 (IT Support Manager, Web Master, and Software Manager)
Job Purpose/Summary
- Primary responsibility for establishing the company’s technical vision and leading all aspects of the company’s technology development.
- Senior technology executive, playing an integral role in the company’s strategic direction, development, and future growth.
- Collaborates with Commercial Director under leadership of Managing Director to provide smooth process on GICT management
- Oversees and provides detailed technical proposal for all customer projects as an integral component of the sales contract process.
- Oversees quality assurance, robust post-development testing, installation and ongoing customer IT support.
- Provides high-level technical expertise and leadership of development and design of system architecture, end-to-end solutions, and hard- / software requirements.
- Manages and monitors technical staff, sets weekly/monthly/quarterly performance objectives (KPIs) to meet or exceed established GICT strategic goals.
