SAMIC-PLC, the Micro Finance Institution, (former CHC-Limited) is a Public Limited Company with multinational shareholders. The company was transforming from the Credit Program of Cambodian Health Committee (CHC), an NGO established in March 1994. The core services of the company are providing financial services to low income and rural poor households in the target areas within the country of Cambodia.

- Risk Manager (1 position based in Phnom Penh with frequently travel to provinces).
- Treasury Manager (1 position based in Phnom Penh)
- Marketing and Product Development Manager (1 position based in Phnom Penh with frequent travel to province)
- Provincial Manager (1 positions based in Siem Reap)
- District Branch Manager (3 positions in Takeo, Kampot, Kampong Cham).
- Risk Officer (2 positions based in Phnom Penh with frequently travel to provinces).
- Project Officer (1 position based in Phnom Penh with frequently travel to provinces).
- Secretary to General Manager (1 position based in Phnom Penh).
