NGO Coalition on the Rights of the Child (NGOCRC) is coalition of national and international organizations advocates for child rights in Cambodia and ensures supports for the UNCRC through monitoring its implementation, cooperating with member organizations, and networking with relevant agencies.
NGOCRC is seeking a qualified consultant to develop a report on “Access to Justice for Children” in Cambodia to submit to the UN Human Rights Council through the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights. The assignment is expected to take approximately 09 days starting on September 21th, 2013 and end no later than September 29th, 2013.
