VSO (Voluntary Service Overseas) is a UK based international development agency that provides long-term technical assistance to developing countries. VSO volunteers are qualified, experienced people who bring people together to share skills, creativity and learning to build a fairer world.
VSO have a vacancy for a full time Interpreter/Translator to support the VSO Public Health Advisor working in the Mondol Kiri Provincial Health Department based in Sen Monorom. The Volunteer Assistant will also support the VSO Organizational Development Advisor assign to Indigenous People Health Improvement Association (IPHIA) also based in Sen Monorom.
The Volunteer Assistant will be required to work FULL-TIME for 38 hours per week with the distribution of working hours over the month between the two VSO Volunteers he/she will be supporting. The Volunteer Assistant will need to be flexible according to needs and as arranged with the VSO Public Health Advisor (PHD) and the Organizational Development Adviser (IPHIA). This role requires a mature person who is flexible, good at communicating and able to take initiative.
