SALES MANAGER MOONLIGHT

In this position you will have to take a take a coaching role, in order to build a strong sales team, centered around a local junior sales manager with 1-3 sales reps. The objective is to develop a sales plan and have the junior sales manager fully trained and operational within 6-9 months, including all sales procedures.
You will be responsible for the creating and training the sales team for the Moonlight lanterns up to a level where they can operate independently. You will report to the Board of Directors.
