Premier Consulting Cambodia provides accounts outsourcing services to clients. Our Phnom Penh based practice caters for a wide range of clients in varying industries including manufacturing, construction, charity / NGO, retail and tourism. The size of our clients varies from large, internationally operating entities to small, owner managed businesses.
Working as a member of the accounts outsourcing team provides an excellent opportunity for candidates to increase their business education rapidly. As well as studying for the ACCA qualification, trainees will assist with the day to day accounting function of a large number of different clients as well as assisting with the preparation of the year end accounts for the same entities. The wide range of different clients that we engage means that the candidate will have an opportunity to experience a large number of accounting concepts first-hand, with each client offering unique opportunities for the candidate to increase their accounting knowledge and understanding. As such, the candidate will continue to be challenged as a consequence of their daily activities.
ACCOUNTS ASSOCIATE

The candidate will be responsible for contributing work towards the day to day accounting function of a wide range of clients as well as assisting with the production of year end financial accounts. Work will typically be completed as part of a small team and the candidate will be required to work closely with the client’s staff in order to ensure transactions are recorded accurately. Mentoring and guidance will be provided to the candidate by the more senior members of the accounts outsourcing team. As the candidate progresses in their career, they too will have opportunities to mentor junior members of staff joining the team and will increasingly be responsible for the management of individual client outsourcing engagements, the day to day relationship with the client’s staff and for reporting to senior management in the firm with regards to the progress of their team’s work.
