ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANTS

To provide administrative, procurement and clerical supports to staff and manager of Area Development Program (ADP) so that they can give primary focus on facilitating community development processes.
FINANCE ASSISTANT

To contribute to the goal of Area Development Program (ADP) and objectives by providing effective accounting service, timely process day to day finance transaction, assist ADP staff with the accounting process requirements, coordinate in monthly expense plan, assist ADP in budgeting process and spending monitoring, review and advice for accuracy and time financially financial report, contribute in Financial partnering to ensure compliance and effective use of fund.
SENIOR MANAGER FOR URBAN VISION INITIATIVE

The urban distinctive of density, diversity and dynamism will required practitioners to adapt system and process within our Urban Vision Initiative office and consider alternative operations to be more effective in urban environment. Senior Manager for Urban Vision Initiative is a key position established to oversee a team within the assigned operations area. This position review ADP assessment, designs, redesign, annual Plan of Action, Budget, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, Register Child growth, leadership and management in the operations. Also to make sure that the operation is well functioning to meet the requirement standard of WVC as well as WV partnership.
SYSTEM ANALYST

1. To manage effectiveness and efficiency of WVC centralized accounting software (Sun System) and Accounting structure.
2. Perform and ensure WVC support costs are properly allocated to projects across the organization in compliance with policy.
3. Determine and develop finance staff capacity building in using Sun6, Infor Q&A and Executive. Ensure that their capacity improve to the highest standard, so that they can perform their work effectively and efficiently.
TEAM LEADER FOR OPERATIONS SERVICES

The position was established to oversee the Operations Technical Support Teams (OTSTs), including Finance Officer, Administration Officer, Communications Coordinator, Operational Technical Officer (OTO) for Health, OTO for Education, Operational Monitoring Officer (OMO), and CCC, at the provincial level. The Operations Technical Team Leader ensures that the OTSTs provide services to (4-7) Area Development Programs (ADPs) with quality and in alignment with guideline and policies.
