International Relief and Development (IRD) is an international NGO dedicated to improving the lives of vulnerable groups operating in 45 countries globally. IRD has been implementing programs in Cambodia since 2004 and currently is funded for multi-year programs in health, nutrition, food security, education, water and sanitation interventions. 
IRD Cambodia is seeking highly qualified staff for the upcoming USAID funded Integrated Nutrition, Hygiene, and Sanitation Project that will be implemented from April 2014 through April 2019. The project will focus on the improved nutritional status of Mothers and Children in Pursat, Battambang and Siem Reap with an integrated approach through:

1) Promotion of improved nutrition, hygiene, and sanitation related behaviors by new mothers (and infant caregivers), community volunteers, and government staff;
2) Resources and technical assistance supporting private sector water supply, sanitation and hygiene (WASH), and nutrition related product marketing;
3) Resources and technical assistance to support targeted WASH and nutrition-related Behavior Change Communication (BCC) and capacity improvements.

DIRECTOR, FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION

Director, Finance and Administration manages the finance and operations activities for the project in country and supervises the finance/administration officers and finance and administration coordinators. The Director, Finance and Administration ensures that adequate and appropriate internal controls are in place to meet generally recognized accounting standards, and manages all bookkeeping, bank accounts and cash flow to ensure sufficient funds are available for effective and efficient implementation of the project.

MICROENTERPRISE AND MARKETING MANAGER

The Microenterprise and Marketing Manager is a senior leadership position that provides strategic and technical guidance in public-private partnerships and microenterprise development for WASH and Nutrition components. In addition, this position leads, manages, and supervises a project’s technical and operational aspects of the project related to communications with the private sector. This position will serve as acting Chief of Party when required.

SOCIAL AND BEHAVIOR CHANGE COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER

The Social and Behavior Change Communications (SBCC) Manager is a senior leadership position that provides oversight, technical direction, and implementation of SBCC nutrition, hygiene, and sanitation-related initiative based on key theories, models, and frameworks. The ultimate aim of the initiative will be to change social norms and behaviors in nutrition, hygiene, and sanitation, and increase demand for elated products. Manager will work closely with national, provincial, and local level stakeholders, and other USAID-funded programs to coordinate project activities to ensure standardization of messages and avoid duplication of effort.
