With the continued growth of CCT, the Human Resources department is a newly designed function that has been created to implement and roll out the appropriate policies and procedures for CCT and its Social Enterprises. This position exists to ensure CCT is adhering to the Labour Laws of Cambodia.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Technical Advisor – Human Resources Manager, Operations Manager and the Khmer Director to ensure the successful roll out of all new policies and procedures and to ensure the staff are adhering to current policies and procedures.
The position is a busy one! You will be an integral part of a friendly and motivated team.
LOCATION: CCT Head Office, Battambang, Cambodia
HOURS: Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 11:30am and 1:30pm – 5:30pm
TYPE: Permanent, Full Time position
START: Immediate
