Vulnerable Children Assistance Organization (VCAO) is a non-profit, non-governmental organization established on June 27, 1994. This organization was created by a group of post-Khmer Rouge orphans out of their own concern for other younger children left abandoned and homeless to fence for themselves. These children are often neglected by society, with no one they can turn to for help. Due to extreme poverty, they are at risk for labor exploitation and child sex trafficking. Some children are forced into prostitution for their survival. VCAO is currently working in five province and cities: Phnom Penh, Takeo, Kampong Chhnang, Pursat, and Siem Reap province. We are now receiving fund from Intervita-Onlus and are looking for the qualified candidates to fill the vacant positions as bellow:
- Provincial Coordinator: 1 position based in Kampong Chhnang province.
- Project Manager: 1 position based in Phnom Penh and travel to Kampong Chhnang and Pursat province.
