Heifer International Cambodia, a non-profit, humanitarian International NGO dedicated to working with communities to end hunger and poverty and care for the earth by providing livestock, education and other resources to help poor families become self-reliant. Heifer Cambodia is looking for two qualified Cambodian national to fill the position of Program Officers. These positions will be based in Battambang.
FUNCTION

The Program Officers will provide leadership in facilitating and coordinating program development and project management in livestock husbandry and animal health according to the Strategic Plan of the Cambodia Country Program following values-based holistic and integrated approaches with communities and partners; to ensure the quality of technical content and management processes of the projects that are undertaken by partners. This position will interact with similar positions in other teams to promote consistency throughout the department. 75% of the working hours will be spent in the field.
