Heifer Cambodia is looking for a qualified Cambodian national to fill the position of Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation (PME) Officer. This position will be based in Phnom Penh.
PLANNING MONITORING & EVALUATION OFFICER

Provide support to regional offices and project partners in project planning, monitoring and evaluation. The PME Officer will also assist in ensuring that the planning, monitoring and evaluation of projects are conducted in a timely and efficient manner, and maintain a database system at the country program office for efficient information storage, processing and sharing. This position will interact with similar positions in other program teams to promote consistency throughout the department.
