Kampuchean Action for Primary Education (KAPE), a local NGO based in Kampong Cham, seeks an expatriate or highly qualified Cambodian national to fill the position of Technical Adviser.
KAPE is a well-established and fast-growing NGO working across Cambodia to develop ‘the capacity of schools and communities to fulfil the right of every child to have a good quality and effective education.’ KAPE currently has need for a floating adviser to support the Senior Management Team and various program managers in the technical execution of their regular tasks. The adviser position will be based in Kampong Cham with frequent travel to Phnom Penh.
KAPE is looking for someone who will be able to assist senior managers in the organization to continue to improve operations, policy updates, develop new programs, and facilitate smooth communication with donors. The adviser will also be expected to work with a Communications Officer to help maintain and edit the content of the agency website, facebook page, and develop informational media such as project brochures, annual reports, and other documentation.
