To oversee the quality of the RAP psychosocial services and to support and offer technical input to the Clinical and Case Management teams to increase their capacity to offer a high quality trauma informed service.
CASE MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR

To oversee the day to day operation of the Case Management Team ensuring the delivery of a client focused Case Management Model and that the RAP program is
providing high quality Trauma Informed Care in line with the RAP Practice Framework. As well, the Case Management Coordinator is responsible for supervising and managing the social work team ensuring they are all providing a high level of care for each client.
