The Open Institute is a local Cambodian NGO which supports the social and economic development of Cambodia by working in three major fields: gender equity, development of research capacity and information technology development.
The Open Institute runs three programs to help attain these objectives:
- The program “Structuring Partnerships for an Innovative Communications Environment” (SPICE) is an exciting initiative funded by USAID to help raise the technological level of the country through the use of mobile phones.
- The Women's Program supports the development of gender equality in Cambodia.
- The Research Program helps develop Research capacity in Cambodian universities.
Administration and accounting for these programs is done at the highest standards, following strict policies and procedures. To support their implementation, the Open Institute is now looking for a qualified candidate to fill the position of Assistant Accountant.
