With the dynamism of business in Cambodia, we are searching for suitable candidates for the position of Customs Broker Specialist.
Purpose/Summary
- Manage Customs House Brokerage (CHB) activities to deliver the department goals
- Negotiate and manage CHB subcontractor performance across Damco
- Ensure service level agreement delivery across all activities
- Set up and manage supplier’s / customers’ KPI and action plans for further improvement
- Establish relationships with key customs offices
Scope of Work
- Coordinate with source countries to ensure shipping documents are provided timely & correctly basing on the shipment schedule;
- Preparing documents for import process including coordinating with relevant parties for shipping docs;
- Coordinating & planning to arrange cargo delivery schedule;
- Collection of tally sheet, cargo receipt for document filing;
- Responsible for shipping document filings appropriately & timely;
- Reporting :data for monthly /yearly Twenty Foot Equivalent Units (TEUs) report ; data for individual customer - total number of containers shipped in a month / year.;data for individual port ; total number of job count handled individually;
