The Community Sanitation and Recycling Organization (CSARO) is a local non-profit, non-political NGO, working with urban poor communities and waste pickers group cohesion to improve their standard of living and quality of life. CSARO is seeking a suitably qualified Cambodian national (male or female) for below positions based in Phnom Penh and required travelling to the other cities working areas.
