Oxfam believes that in a world rich in resources, poverty isn’t a fact of life but an injustice which must be overcome. We believe that everyone is entitled to a life of dignity and opportunity; and we work with poor communities, local partner organisations, volunteers, and supporters to make this a reality.
Oxfam started working in Cambodia in 1979. We work in partnership with other NGOs, civil society, the Royal Government of Cambodia, and other development agencies to help the Cambodia peoples overcome poverty and suffering. Our programme in the country includes promoting women’s rights and empowerment in the areas of sustainable rural livelihoods, good governance, and disaster management.
We are currently seeking to recruit a consultant to work on Mid-term Evaluation on “Turn selling safe water into a way out of poverty for women in Cambodia” project.
