The Cambodian Center for Human Rights (CCHR), a non-governmental, non-aligned and independent human rights organization, is currently recruiting a Senior Lawyer and a team of Contracted Lawyers under the “Supporting Civil Society in Cambodia Project”— aiming at promoting human rights and democracy in Cambodia, with special attention on improving the situation of human rights defenders in Cambodia through the provision of legal assistance to those human rights defenders who require it. The Senior Lawyer will be based at CCHR in Phnom Penh office and travel to provinces as required. The contracted lawyers can be based in Phnom Penh or the provinces where they work, but must also travel to Phnom Penh/provinces as required.
