The Program Manager is responsible to provide overall Leadership/Management to the program team in planning, project implementation, monitoring and evaluation. The scope of work responsibility is to lead project in Battambang province to enable community people address their poverty housing through partnering with Home-partners, Local Authorities, Churches, NGOs and other stakeholders.
