Handicap International (HI) is an international non-governmental organization which works alongside persons with disabilities and other vulnerable groups in situations of poverty and exclusion. HI was founded in Cambodia in 1982. HI is currently operating in more than 50 countries. Its mission in Cambodia is to improve the quality of life of people with impairment and disability. Its areas of intervention are Social Action including livelihoods and inclusive local development, Health, Functional Rehabilitation, Rights and contributing to implementation of disability policies and legislation from central to local level.

Mission: The Filing Manager ensures the setting up of an appropriate Filing System and a Library Management System, and ensures good understanding of their use and application.

Under the direct supervision of the Assistant to the Regional Program Director (ARPD), the COM OFF advises on, and executes, all communication and public information matters relating to the HI Cambodia-Thailand Program.
