I. Course Objective

- Critical operational issues such as designing products to meet client needs, pricing your products, and focusing on loan officers to leverage institutional productivity To acquaint the participants with the skills to manage plan and execute strategy in organizations.
- How to develop long-term, diversified financing strategies and the participants’ awareness of the benefit and means of sharing good strategic business planning in MFI management practices with others, so that all can improve more rapidly.
