The job of the Executive Assistant (EA) to the CEO, encompasses a wide array of responsibilities but with a need of focus in some areas.
Where the CEO is the driving force of the company, the assistant to the CEO will help execute all the CEO’s professional goals for the development of the business . This encompasses a wide range of tasks covering finance and administration, HR, product development, customer’s relation and marketing.
After an orientation period the Executive Assistant to the CEO is in charge of The Shop when the CEO is abroad. The Executive Assistant reports directly to the CEO.
