POSITION: Programme Officer ICS
DURATION: Fixed contract until March 2015
LOCATION: Phnom Penh, Cambodia, with travel within Cambodia
WORKING HOURS: full-time, 37.5 hours per week
SALARY: $896 USD plus benefits

THE ROLE
You’ll support the strategic development, implementation and successful delivery of VSO’s International Citizen Service (ICS) programme in Cambodia. This will involve raising VSO’s profile and building mutually beneficially partnerships with stakeholders and liaising with national and international volunteers. As part of the ICS team, you’ll provide first class volunteer as well as stakeholder management and support.

A project manager with experience in international development. You will have strong communication and team working skills. A problem solver, you are used to working in a demanding job with the ability to adapt to new situations.
Your experience of project management will be key to your success in planning, resourcing, implementing and reviewing our innovative programme. Your leadership and project management skills will help support the ICS team, our volunteers and community partners to achieve programme and ultimately country objectives.
