POSITION: Programme Assistant ICS
DURATION: Fixed contract until March 2015
LOCATION: Phnom Penh, Cambodia, with travel within Cambodia
WORKING HOURS: full-time, 37.5 hours per week
SALARY: $356 per month plus benefits
CLOSING DATE: 5pm, Thursday 30thth January
INTERVIEWS:  6th or 7th February

THE ROLE
You’ll support the strategic development, implementation and successful delivery of VSO’s International Citizen Service (ICS) programme in Cambodia. This will involve providing HR and administrative support to the ICS team. It goes without saying that you’ll provide first class volunteer management and support.

YOU
An experienced development professional with experience in international development or Human Resources.  You will have strong communication skills and team working skills.   A problem solver, you are used to working in a demanding job with the ability to adapt to new situations.

Your experience of programme support will be key to your success in planning, resourcing, implementing our innovative programme. Your communication and organisational skills will help support the ICS team, our volunteers and partners to achieve programme and ultimately country objectives.
